Registrations & Program Fee FAQs
The Insurance/Tryout fee of $25 must be paid prior to a player’s participation in the travel tryouts. This fee can be paid online with a credit card at the time of registration or paid by check or cash at the first tryout session.
If accepted to a U8-U15 team, the remaining program fee will be due by November 1st of that program year. Fees for U16-U19 players are due by January 15th. This fee covers the cost of weekly indoor practices through the winter, field usage fees, registration in Rochester District Youth Soccer League, referee costs and one summer tournament. Players new to the Victor Soccer Club Travel program will receive a complete uniform for the season (blue jersey, white jersey, shorts and a pair of socks). Returning players may purchase any needed uniform articles. The board plans to include a full uniform in the club fees every 2 years.
For 2017 Season, new uniforms will be included for all players.
Additionally, some teams may opt to participate in indoor leagues or more tournaments with players splitting the costs.

Players who will be at least 8 but no older than 19 on July 31, of the season year are eligible to try out for the Victor Soccer Club Travel program. To determine the appropriate age group to try out with, use the following age matrix set by the United States Youth Soccer Association. Please verify against the Age Matrix located on the RDYSL League Website for official age groups.
Summer & Fall Recreation
Players have to turn 7 by the time the program ends (July 31-Summer & October 31-Fall) and cannot be older than 16 on June 1st.
Summer & Fall Micro Soccer
Players have to turn 5 by the time the program ends (July 31-Summer & October 31-Fall)
Generally, registration takes place online during the month of August.

There are no refunds for any Victor Soccer Club programs.
The Victor Soccer Club Board may consider exceptions that arise from extenuating circumstances.
An alternate resolution, besides a refund, may be decided.
(Extenuating Circumstances may include: Death in Family, Moving, Financial Burdens, or Health Issues)
Please email/mail the Refund Request Form to the Victor Soccer Club Board for a formal review at the next scheduled Board Meeting.
